In an effort to see to the Propagation of Islam on University of Ilorin Campus, MSSN Unilorin  Branch was established to cater for this task. It is one of the Higher Institution branches under Ilorin Area Council which is equally under Kwara State Area Unit.The University Branch of MSSN has several Faculty and Departmental Muslim Students' Associations that help in making the objectives of promoting Islam on campus a reality.

Also, the MSSN has the following affiliates that cater for the well-being of others in the society:

Hospital Visitation Jamah (HVJ);

Prison Visitation Jamah (PVJ) ;

Village Dawah Jamah .

These jamahs complement the efforts of the MSSN University of Ilorin Branch.Indeed, they perform humanitarian services for the people in the hospitals, prisons, and villages respectively.
